Fylde Hockey Club would like to formally announce that Ian Swaine has been appointed as Chairman of the Club. Ian replaces Tom Davidson who will be remaining as Managing Director. The club would like to thank Tom for his hard work and dedication during his time in the Chairman's roll. Commenting on the appointment Ian said:
"Firstly I want to take the opportunity to thank Tom on behalf of everyone at the club for his work as Chairman. It is a great comfort to know that Tom will remain as Managing Director moving forward and I look forward to working closely with him.
I am delighted to have taken the position of Chairman here at Fylde Hockey Club. This is an exciting opportunity and I look forward to the challenge of ensuring the club achieves the huge potential it has in the coming seasons.
