18:00 – 19:00  /  Juniors - both u10's & u13's

18.00 -  19.30 /   Ladies 3rd squad
19:00 – 21:00  /  Ladies 1st, 2nd squads

Thursdays

17:30 -  19:00 /   u14's and Ladies 6th Development squad

19:00 – 20:30  /  Ladies  4th, 5th, squads

Bad Weather Cancellations:

 

If, for whatever reason, training should need to be cancelled this is done via Facebook, Twitter and Teamo at least 1 hour before (where possible).
